The society is producing of equipment for woodworking, consumer goods (electric pumps, washing machines, saws and others), light-emitting illumination traffic-lights, lanterns and boards, etc.

Joint Stock Company «Tekhnopribor» started from Mogilev Enterprise of Devices for Preparing Initial Data. The first production of initial means of computer facilities was the puncher of 45 columns PD-45 in April 1974. Since that time the enterprise has greatly changed its profiles. Nowadays it is well-known in Belarus as well as far outside, including far foreign countries. It was 30 years old in April 2004.

The enterprise became popular due to its wide range of production:
— industrial wood processing machine tools, producing furniture and joiner’s goods at the enterprises of Belarus, Russia, the Ukraine, Baltic Countries, Belgium, France. The number of these machine tools has the European Certificate of Safety;
— microprocessing systems for lifts control, which are exported together with lifts to the majority of CIS countries and by which nowadays lifts of Temple of the Christ of the Savior in Moscow are equipped;
— household electric pumps «Rucheek-1» with an upper water intake, which don’t require thermal protection, providing private houses with water from depth of 60 meters and watering kitchen-gardens of gardeners and farmers in Belarus, Russia, the Ukraine, Czech Republic, France, Yugoslavia, Poland, Turkey, Greece, Syria, Tunis, Afghanistan, Vietnam and many other countries.

This deserved fame of the enterprise was acquired with the help of workers, ITR and employees who work perfectly at modernizing the serial production and also elaborating and mastering new goods such as: transport traffic-lights and light-diodes sources of light, household small-sized wood processing machine tools MDS-1-01, industrial wood processing drilling machine tools and circular trimmers and etc.

Particular attention at the enterprise is paid to quality. All goods produced at the enterprise are certified, have the Belarusian and Russian Certificates of Conformity. In 2000 JSC «Tekhnopribor» was given the Certificate of Conformity the Quality Control System to the International standard ISO 9001 when producing wood processing equipment. The Certificate was given by the accreditational organization BVQI, England. In 2004 the enterprise acquired a new version of standard ISO 9001-СТБ ИСО 9001-2001. In 2001 the enterprise became the laureate of the competition «100 Best Goods of Russia», in 2002 it became the laureate of the competition «The Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus».
